PharosGraph L2 Data Audiences · 2026
Voter-level audiences for the 2026 cycle

Voter-level intelligence for every race on the ballot.

PharosGraph scores every voter in the country on the issues moving the ground: what they care about, which side they take, what is driving the concern, and what their own community is living with. That scoring is published through L2 as 718 audiences across nine families, activated in your agency's LiveRamp seat. 189 races are configured and scored for the 2026 cycle, across governor, Senate, House and state races.

Voter level

Every voter is scored on their own.

Scoring runs on the national voter file, one voter at a time. Each score belongs to a person, not to their block or their household.

Dynamic, not static

The audiences move because the issues do.

We re-score every voter weekly against what's in the news, so issue salience and the driver behind each concern shift as the ground shifts. The same voter can carry a different driver from one run to the next. Delivered audiences update monthly.

Built for the debate

Each audience names a position.

An audience is voters for whom housing ranks in their top ten percent of issues, or voters who take the progressive side of abortion. Each one ships with the message language that band hears.

In market

It activates in the seat your agencies already use.

Audiences are distributed through L2 and picked up in a LiveRamp seat, the same way any other third-party segment is, and they run in digital, CTV and addressable.

Four ways to buy the same electorate.

One audience on its own is a complete buy. Stacked, they narrow to the case you actually want to make. The diagrams show how many audiences each buy composes, not their relative sizes; universe sizing for any state or district comes with the order.

The audiences are in the LiveRamp marketplace.

Sign in to your seat, search PharosGraph, and take delivery of any audience on this page. If you want a race we have not listed, or two or three races taken deeper, tell us which ones.
